Quality is not a final gate for us — it is a series of checkpoints from incoming yarn to the sealed export carton, documented with a written report you receive before dispatch.
Quality process
Six checkpoints on every order
Each checkpoint has an owner, a checklist and a record — so a defect is corrected while the order is still on the line.

Incoming material
Yarn and fabric checked for count, GSM, shrinkage and 4-point defects before cutting begins.
- 02
Inline inspection
Roving QC at every sewing operation catches measurement or stitch defects at the machine, not at the end.
- 03
End-line audit
100% end-of-line checking for measurements, seam strength, trims and print placement.
- 04
Mid-production audit
A formal audit at 40–50% output so corrections happen while the order is still on the line.

Final AQL 2.5
Random statistical inspection to AQL 2.5 with a written report, photos and shipment sign-off.

Third-party ready
SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or your own QA team are welcome on the floor at any stage.
